win conda安装pip rawpy 更新pip

问题：

安装包时候需要对pip 更新

pip install rawpy 报错

You are using pip version 9.0.1, however version 18.1 is available. You should consider upgrading via the 'python -m pip install --upgrade pip' command. 解决：

运行

python -m pip install --upgrade pip

并不能安装，同样的错误。所以可能是需要通过conda安装

打开conda navigator 发现pip 只有9.0.1版本

conda install pip 两种方式仍然是9.0.1版本。

所以要更新conda

再次执行 python -m pip install --upgrade pip

再次安装rawpy

pip install rawpy 就不报错了
